As part of SeaPort Art Center’s programming, we host intimate meals that bring together professionals in the arts to reflect, connect, and exchange ideas.

These gatherings explore the relationship between dialogue, taste, and place, with menus inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and prepared with wild herbs foraged from the slopes of Mount Lycabettus in Athens. Each ingredient reflects the mountain’s landscape, light, and history.

Focusing on local and seasonal ingredients, the meals highlight the culinary traditions of Athens and the wider Mediterranean, while also drawing from the Palestinian and North African heritage of the host, presented through a contemporary interpretation. Hospitality, a central aspect of Dor Guez’s artistic practice, shapes these encounters as spaces of generosity, exchange, and reflection.
